We entered into discussions with Tom Bremner at Castle Builder several months ago. He is very knowledgeable about the payment processor industry and was able to recommend a platform with lower credit card processing fees. We implemented the new payment processor on Sept 1 when we launched our new website, and so far, so good. Tom coordinated with the website provider directly (i.e. I didn't have to be involved - a plus for micro associations!) Tom provided the staff team training, including our external accounting service. He is very patient and responsive to questions. Now we can do credit card payments on our phones at the conference.
