Helping Professionals Tackle Complex Challenges

Principia Assessments Ltd. (“Principia”) tackles complex challenges in professional competence using an interdisciplinary, assessment-based approach. 

We work mostly with institutional clients, including regulators, educators, and other organizations. We lead or support a range of competency- and assessment-related projects across multiple, diverse sectors. 

Our work includes program evaluations, competency profile development, test development, context assessments, and related leadership, project management, and operational support services. We also help find solutions to complex competence-related challenges. 

As a social enterprise, Principia re-invests profits to help fund competency development initiatives that support positive social change. Our social initiatives relate to such causes as mental health; equity, diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and anti-racism; leadership development; and complex issues like domestic violence.

M C , a Vice President the Chief Marketing Officer , wrote a recommendation for Principia Assessments Ltd.

We had the opportunity to work with Dan on establishing our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee for the Insolvency Institute of Canada. As a new initiative, we wanted to make sure built it with a solid foundation. Dan led us through the process, guided us with great insight and advice, and provided us with a detailed recommendation. All at a great price which is critical for a non-profit. Our DEI Committee has been hugely successful. We have held webinars, are launching a new student competition, connected members with students for mentoring, and much more. Dan had the insight and expertise we needed, and was a pleasure to work with too!
