I’m going to share a powerful tool that most leaders overlook—one that has helped me save time, energy, and frustration. 🏆
When I began working with Dan Doyle, we didn’t realize how different our styles were. 🍎🍊
I’m action-oriented and quick to jump in, while Dan is thoughtful and strategic.
We came across many situations where we were at risk of causing major friction.
🏃♀️➡️My fast-paced approach often felt rushed to him, and his slower approach felt like a roadblock to me🚧.
If you’ve ever experienced tension because you and a colleague, partner, or team member just aren't connecting, you know exactly how draining it can be. 😫
Maybe it’s the constant back-and-forth or the frustration of being misunderstood.
A major problem here is miscommunication—and it’s often because we don’t recognize how our own styles affect others.
💡 The solution is simple: understand your style and how to adapt to others.
I know some of you might be thinking, “I don’t have time to dive into assessments right now.”
But this isn’t about extra work—it’s about saving you time in the long run by improving your relationships and communication skills.
(honestly, learning about your own style and the differences with others is a lot of fun!😁)
If you could stop wasting time on misunderstandings, what would that change for your team or your family? I want to hear below👇
