This organization is dedicated to being the premier MLS® System and technology provider for its Member Associations, offering an extensive range of products and services that empower REALTORS® to deliver exceptional solutions to their clients. Through a unified set of regional MLS® Rules, a regional Arbitration Policy, and a consistent Professional Standards regime, the corporation ensures accountability and professionalism within its MLS® System. This structure promotes a high standard of conduct among users, fostering a strong preference for REALTORS® affiliated with its Member Associations.

Operated as a not-for-profit entity, this organization is uniquely owned and governed by its Member Associations, each having an equal voice and active participation in committees as well as in the rule and policy-making processes. This equitable governance model allows Member Associations to offer all the benefits of the corporation's services while retaining their local identity and jurisdiction. By leveraging economies of scale and diverse representation, the corporation ensures cost-effective services and collaborative opportunities for over 24,000 users, ultimately driving enhanced access to tools, technology, and seamless MLS® data within much of the province.
